2nd dude’s laptop is skipping tracks, he doesn’t beatmatch at all (using Traktor)
After 4 hours of dying on my own to this music, I finally start my set, CDJs plugged in, of course, CUE buttons don’t work
When I finally manage to make everything work, I realise there is no monitors in the booth, the cable which goes from left CDJ to the mixer is broken, and, the shitty mixer won’t let me hear 2 channels at once on my headphones, which makes the mixing pretty much impossible
So. Yeah. Yesterday was a bit weird. In the end it went well I guess, got asked by random people to play at their clubs/parties. There was this radio guy who also asked me if I’d like to record 30 minute mix for radio, I agreed, we’ll see if it works.
